The top layer is DVGW certification. And the Brexit asterisk: the EU positive lists do not automatically apply in Great Britain. The UK continues under its own Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 regime — WRAS, KUKreg4, NSF REG4 — decoupled from the EU system.
