Our exclusive-territory policy removes it: qualifying importers and distributors can lock a defined region, so the marketing, shelf listings and installer relationships you build aren’t diluted by grey-market or parallel supply next door. Full-Container FOB
Every empty corner of a container is freight you pay for and don’t sell. We quote FOB and load for fill rate so you can cost a container to the meter.
All distributor pricing is quoted FOB, so you can add freight and duty and calculate your true landed cost per meter before you commit. Tiers step down by volume — single full 40HQ container and multi-container — and we plan mixed-SKU loads to reach a high fill rate rather than shipping air. Because exclusive territory is tied to committed container volume, full-container FOB is the unit your distribution model is built on.

Customs & Compliance
Missing paperwork is the fastest way to strand a container at the port. Our export documentation is assembled to move through customs the first time.
Hitze products are certified to the standards each market requires — cUPC / UPC (IAPMO) and NSF/ANSI 61 for North American potable safety, WRAS for the UK, and CE with a Declaration of Performance (DoP) for the EU — alongside the governing product standards (ASTM F876/F877 and EN ISO 15875 for PEX, ASTM F1281/F1282 and EN ISO 21003 for multilayer, DIN 4726 oxygen-barrier for UFH). We assemble the export document set your broker needs and match the certification list to the market you’re importing into, so your goods aren’t held at the border.

Every batch is held to the dimensional tolerances of the governing standard (ASTM F877 / EN ISO 15875 for PEX, ASTM F1281 / EN ISO 21003 for multilayer), so outside diameter, wall thickness and press-fitting profile stay consistent order after order. Press fittings are matched to standard TH / U / F / M jaw profiles in 16–32 mm, so the tools your installers already own keep working across reorders — no surprise incompatibility at the counter, no returns landing on your desk.
