Single-Source System

Spec One System, Not Three Vendors — Pipe, Fittings & Manifolds Under One Brand

Split the piping package across suppliers and you own the interface risk. Specify one certified system and one source is accountable for the whole water path.

Hitze supplies the complete potable and hydronic water path as a single, matched system: multilayer PEX-AL-PEX and PE-RT pipe with an EVOH oxygen barrier per DIN 4726, PEX for heating and potable, press / push-fit / compression / brass fittings matched to the pipe, and underfloor-heating manifolds. Because every component shares the same brand, the same jaw profiles (TH / U / F / M) and the same certification family, compatibility is designed in — not something your installer discovers on site. Lead-free / DZR brass (CW724R / CW511L / CW602N) meets potable requirements, and the whole system is certified to cUPC, NSF-61, DVGW, WRAS and CE with DoP.

Submittal-Grade Data

BIM Objects, DoP & TDS You Can Drop Into the Spec

A brochure doesn’t clear a submittal. MEP consultants get modeling and compliance data built to go straight into the design and the approval package.

For the design stage, Hitze provides BIM objects so pipe, fittings and manifolds load into your Revit or IFC model without rebuilding families by hand. For the submittal, every product carries a Declaration of Performance (DoP) — backed by held CE certification — and a Technical Data Sheet (TDS) with pressure/temperature ratings, dimensions, tolerances and standards, so you cite real numbers in the spec instead of chasing a rep for a datasheet before deadline. Certification references (cUPC / IAPMO, NSF-61, DVGW, WRAS, CE + DoP) accompany the package; specific certificate numbers are confirmed with the project quote.

System Warranty

One System, One Warranty — Coverage on the Assembly, Not Just the Pipe

A pipe warranty is worthless if the leak is at a fitting from another brand. Specify a matched system and the warranty covers how the parts perform together.

When pipe, fittings and manifolds come from one brand, tested and certified as a set, the warranty can cover the assembled system rather than a single component — which is what a developer actually needs on a build that has to perform for decades. Mixing brands at the joint is where responsibility fractures and where a claim gets denied. A same-brand Hitze system removes that gap: one accountable source stands behind the whole water path. Warranty years and coverage terms are confirmed per project.

Phased Delivery

Material Lands When the Trade Needs It, Not Before

Everything on site at once clutters the build and ties up cash; late material stalls a trade. We plan releases against your construction program.

1

Rough-In

Distribution pipe released first so the plumbing trade can run the water path before walls close.

2

Manifolds

Underfloor-heating manifolds and matched fittings land as the loops go in — not sitting exposed on site early.

3

Fit-Out

Finish fittings and isolation components arrive at fit-out, so each trade gets its material on schedule.

Instead of one dump delivery, project supply can be released in phases tied to your program — rough-in pipe first, manifolds when the loops go in, fittings and finish components at fit-out — so material arrives when each trade needs it and doesn’t sit exposed on site. For importers and contractors buying by the container, mixed-SKU loads are planned for fill rate so you’re shipping product, not air. Phasing schedule, lead time and shipping documentation are set at consultation.

FAQ

Project & Spec Supply FAQ

Is a BIM library available for specifying the system?
For the MEP ConsultantBIM objects are being prepared so pipe, fittings and manifolds load into your Revit or IFC model at design stage. Alongside them you get submittal-grade DoP and TDS data to cite directly in the spec. BIM library content is Coming soon — request the current data pack to see what’s ready now.
Do you provide a DoP for the submittal package?
For the MEP ConsultantYes. Hitze holds CE with a Declaration of Performance (DoP), plus cUPC, NSF-61, DVGW and WRAS. The DoP and matching TDS (pressure/temperature ratings, dimensions, standards) drop straight into your submittal, and each shipment carries the compliance set your inspector needs. Certificate numbers are confirmed with the project quote. See our certifications page.
Do you offer a system warranty covering the whole system?
For the DeveloperUsing matched same-brand pipe, fittings and manifolds means one accountable source, not split responsibility across vendors. A system-level warranty covering the assembled system is offered on project supply — which protects you where mixed-brand joints usually fracture a claim. Warranty years and terms are confirmed per project; details are Coming soon.
Why source the whole system from one supplier?
For the DeveloperOne brand for pipe, fittings and manifolds means designed-in compatibility (same TH/U/F/M profiles, one certification family: cUPC, NSF-61, DVGW, WRAS, CE), one submittal, one warranty and one point of contact. You stop owning the finger-pointing when a joint has to perform for decades on a long-life building.
Can delivery be phased to our construction schedule?
For the ContractorYes. Material can be released in phases tied to your program — rough-in pipe, then manifolds, then fit-out components — so it lands when the trade needs it, not early to clutter the site or late to stall work. Phasing schedule and lead time are set at consultation. Request a project consultation to plan releases.
Which pipe lines can go into one project package?
For the ContractorThe full water path from one brand: multilayer PEX-AL-PEX and PE-RT pipe (EVOH oxygen barrier per DIN 4726), PEX for heating and potable, press/push-fit/compression/brass fittings and underfloor-heating manifolds — all certified to cUPC, NSF-61, DVGW, WRAS and CE. One PO covers pipe, fittings and manifolds together.
