Solutions · For Contractors & Installers
German-engineered pipe, fittings and manifolds from a single brand — jaw-profile compatible with the press tools your crews already own, oxygen-barrier as standard, and in stock so you keep the trade sequence moving.
Fewer callbacks, one warranty, no cross-brand finger-pointing. PEX, PEX-AL-PEX multilayer and PE-RT pipe with press / push-fit / compression fittings and manifolds — supplied to contractors, radiant install crews and MEP subs across North America and Europe.
Trade only — for contractors, installers, MEP subs and radiant crews. Not a retail storefront.

The System On Site
This is what a single-source radiant package looks like on the job: barrier pipe in the loop, matched fittings at the joints, a manifold at the wall — engineered to fit and warrantable as one. (Some frames are captioned placeholders showing the exact jobsite shots being finalized.)
One Compatible System
Cross-brand systems fail at the seams. When every component comes from one brand, compatibility stops being your problem.
A radiant loop is only as good as its weakest joint. Mix a value pipe with an off-brand fitting and a third manifold, and any leak becomes a three-way argument no one wins. Hitze supplies the whole system from one German brand: multilayer PEX-AL-PEX and PE-RT pipe (oxygen-tight core, low expansion), PEX for potable and hydronic runs, press / push-fit / compression fittings sized to match, and brass or stainless underfloor-heating manifolds. Because pipe and fittings are engineered and toleranced together, the joint is validated as a system — and warrantable as one, instead of leaving components to blame each other.
| System component | Options | Standards | Role in the loop |
|---|---|---|---|
| Multilayer PEX-AL-PEX / PE-RT pipe | 16 / 20 / 25 / 32 mm, EVOH barrier | EN ISO 21003, DIN 4726, ASTM F1281/F1282 | Distribution + radiant loops |
| PEX pipe (PEX-a/b/c) | 16 / 20 / 25 / 32 mm | EN ISO 15875, ASTM F876/F877 | Heating + potable runs |
| Press / push-fit / compression fittings | 16–32 mm, TH/U/F/M profiles | NSF/ANSI 61, lead-free DZR brass | The joints |
| Underfloor heating manifolds | Brass / stainless, multi-loop | — | Flow control + balancing |
Tool Compatibility
The first question every installer asks a new brand. Hitze fittings are cut to the standard press profiles, so switching to us rarely means switching tools.
Buying a whole new press tool head to try a fitting brand is a non-starter — that’s thousands of dollars and a workflow your crews have to relearn. Hitze press fittings support the common TH, U, F and M jaw profiles across 16 / 20 / 25 / 32 mm, so most contractors keep their existing Rothenberger, Klauke or equivalent tool and jaws and just start pressing. Before you standardize, send us your exact tool model and we confirm the jaw match in writing — no guessing behind a finished wall.
Our press fittings run the common TH / U / F / M jaw profiles in 16–32 mm, so most crews press with the tool already in the van instead of buying a new head. Match your exact tool model against the profile before you order — the full jaw-profile compatibility chart, with every profile and size mapped out, lives on our Press Fittings product page.
Common press profile — supported across 16 / 20 / 25 / 32 mm.
Widely used jaw — matched by Hitze press fittings.
Supported on the full 16–32 mm size range.
Keep your current tool — we confirm the match in writing.

EVOH · DIN 4726
The callback you don’t see coming: oxygen diffusing through the pipe wall, rusting the boiler and steel manifold months after you left the job.
In a sealed hydronic loop, plain plastic pipe lets oxygen diffuse through the wall over time. That dissolved oxygen corrodes the cast-iron or steel components — the boiler heat exchanger, circulator and steel manifolds — and the failure surfaces long after your invoice is paid, so it comes back as your warranty problem. Hitze PE-RT underfloor-heating pipe and PEX-AL-PEX multilayer include an EVOH oxygen barrier compliant with DIN 4726, blocking that diffusion at the source. It’s standard on the radiant lines, not an upcharge — and it’s one of the quietest ways to keep a job from coming back.
| Point | Detail |
|---|---|
| Barrier layer | EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol) |
| Standard | DIN 4726 (oxygen diffusion limit) |
| Pipe families | PE-RT UFH pipe, PEX-AL-PEX multilayer (AL core) |
| What it protects | Boiler, circulator, steel/cast-iron manifolds |
| Callback avoided | Oxygen-driven corrosion months after handover |

In Stock
A two-week backorder on one SKU stalls your whole crew. Core system parts are held in stock so you don’t lose the day.
On a coordinated jobsite, your trade sequence doesn’t wait for a fitting. Hitze holds the core radiant and plumbing SKUs — common pipe diameters, TH/U/F/M press fittings and manifolds — in stock, so a reorder doesn’t turn into a schedule slip. In-stock range, packing units and typical lead times are confirmed on your contractor quote; where a spec is made-to-order we tell you up front so you can plan around it rather than getting surprised on install day.

Project-Volume Support
Multi-loop radiant and whole-building plumbing take more than a counter sale. We quote the full system, hold batch consistency and confirm your tools before the truck rolls.
For larger radiant and plumbing packages, Hitze quotes the complete system from one brand — pipe, fittings and manifolds — with batch-to-batch dimensional consistency (held to ASTM / EN ISO tolerances) so what you install on loop 40 matches loop 1. We confirm jaw-profile compatibility for your crew’s tools up front, flag any made-to-order specs, and support the job through delivery. Qualifying contractors get project pricing rather than list price. Bring us the takeoff and we’ll price the system, not just the parts.
| Support | Detail |

| Project pricing | Qualifying contractors / project volume — thresholds available on request |
| Batch consistency | ASTM F877 / EN ISO 15875, EN ISO 21003 tolerances |
| Tool-check | Written jaw-profile confirmation for your crew’s press tools |
| System warranty | Matched pipe + fittings warrantable as a system — terms coming soon |

Trade-only note: This page and its pricing are for the trade — contractors, installers, MEP subs and radiant crews. Not a retail storefront; no consumer single-unit sales.
