The premium is in the backing, and the backing goes on your letterhead.
“German-engineered” is only worth a price premium if you can prove it. Hitze products are contract-manufactured to German standards, and we hand that backing to you as documentation your brand can put in front of merchants and specifiers:
- Technical Data Sheets (TDS) issued under your brand name.
- Declaration of Performance (DoP) for the EU / UK market under your brand.
- Product built to recognized standards — EN ISO 21003 (multilayer), EN ISO 15875 (PEX), ASTM F876/F877 (PEX), ASTM F1281/F1282 (PEX-AL-PEX), DIN 4726 oxygen-barrier (EVOH) for hydronic underfloor heating.
The oxygen barrier matters commercially: the EVOH layer blocks oxygen diffusion that corrodes boilers and manifolds in heating loops, so your line meets DIN 4726 and installers trust it. That is the difference between a commodity pipe and a brand story you can charge a premium for.
