Product · Manifold
German-engineered hydronic UFH manifolds, built and balanced for the trade. Full port matrix, per-loop flow meters, actuator-ready.
Wholesale, private-label and bulk supply for North America, the UK and Europe — one supplier, both materials, 2–12 loops, ready to label as your own.
Trade / bulk supply only — Hitze does not sell single manifolds at retail.

The Range
Loaded assemblies with per-loop flow meters, isolation valves and M30×1.5 actuator ports — one German-engineered source for both materials and the whole port matrix. (Manifold photography is being finalized; captioned frames show the exact shots that ship.)
How It Works
A manifold is the distribution hub of a hydronic underfloor heating system — it splits one hot-water supply into balanced streams, one per heating loop, so every zone warms evenly.
Hot water arrives from the boiler or heat pump and enters the flow bar; the manifold splits it into equal, balanced streams — one per heating loop — so every zone reaches temperature at the same rate. Cooled water returns through the return bar back to the heat source.
Each loop is a flow/return pair: one outlet on the flow bar, one on the return bar. Balancing those loops is what makes a floor warm evenly instead of hot near the manifold and cold at the far wall — which is why per-loop flow meters matter. Without accurate metering, an installer is guessing.

Port Range
One brand for the whole matrix. Stock every port count without juggling suppliers.
Pick the port count by loops, not by room count — large rooms often need two or more loops so no single run exceeds a practical length. As a rule of thumb, keep each loop to about ~100 m of pipe max, which at typical 150 mm spacing covers roughly ~15–20 m² of floor (varies with pipe pitch of 100–200 mm and diameter of 16/20 mm). Use the guide below as a starting point and confirm against a heat-loss calc.
| Ports (loops) | Typical use | Available in |
|---|---|---|
| 2–3 port | Small flat, bathroom + kitchen, extension | Brass · Stainless |
| 4–6 port | Standard 2–3 bed home, single floor | Brass · Stainless |
| 7–9 port | Larger home / whole floor | Brass · Stainless |
| 10–12 port | Large residence, light commercial | Brass · Stainless |
Port centers, bar diameter (typ. 1″ / 1¼”), outlet spec (¾” EK Euro-cone) and flow-meter range are detailed in the spec sheet — exact figures available on request.
Material Choice
Both do the same job; the choice is water chemistry, budget and positioning. Here’s the trade-level comparison.
| Spec | Brass Manifold | Stainless Steel Manifold |
|---|---|---|
| Material | Lead-free / DZR brass (CW724R / CW511L) | Stainless steel (304 / 316 grade options) |
| Corrosion resistance | High; DZR resists dezincification | Very high; best for aggressive/hard water |
| Cost | Lower — the volume default | Higher — premium tier |
| Machinability / options | Easy to add flow meters, ports, adaptors | Robust, clean look, spec-in favourite |
| Best for | Mainstream residential UFH, wholesale volume | Premium residential, commercial, harsh water |
| Weight | Heavier | Lighter for the same size |
Bottom line: stock brass as your volume line and stainless for premium and problem-water jobs. Hitze supplies both, 2–12 port, on the same order — and both carry the same flow-meter and actuator specification, so installers get one workflow regardless of material.

What’s Inside
A Hitze manifold assembly ships loaded so installers commission faster.
Because trapped oxygen corrodes steel components, our UFH pipe uses an EVOH oxygen-barrier layer per DIN 4726 — pairing an oxygen-tight pipe with the manifold protects the whole hydronic loop.
One Compatible Kit
Sourcing the manifold and the pipe from two vendors is where compatibility problems start.
Hitze also manufactures PE-RT underfloor heating pipe with an EVOH oxygen barrier (DIN 4726), sized 16 and 20 mm to match our manifold outlets (¾” EK Euro-cone / compression adaptors). Order pipe and manifold together and get a single, tested, warranty-aligned kit — plus one PO, one lead time, one label.
Fits PEX and multilayer too: outlets adapt to 16/20/25 mm PE-RT, PEX and PEX-AL-PEX. See Underfloor Heating Pipe and Multilayer PEX-AL-PEX.
Market Access
Hitze manifolds and pipe are engineered to the standards your buyers ask for across both markets.
Standards, listings and DoP documents for your market in one PDF, ready for your compliance and customs files. Certificate numbers available on request.
Specific certificate and listing numbers for the manifold range are available on request. Importers and private-label partners: request the full Cert Pack for the documents your market requires.
Who We Supply
Hitze supplies the trade, not the end consumer: plumbing & heating wholesalers, hydronic/radiant contractors buying by the pallet, private-label brands, importers and distributors across North America, the UK and Europe. Consolidate brass and stainless, 2–12 port, under one German brand — or under your own label.
